If you’ve been obsessing over the famous ‘sushi donuts’, then here’s your chance to try them out at Chicago’s Simply Thalia. The restaurant is famous for its Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Korean & Chinese cuisine and the first restaurant in Chicago to serve the delectable new sushi. The owner, Fritz ColCol is quite passionate about introducing new dishes in his menu and said that the restaurant has been receiving really good response.

Simply Thalia began serving sushi donuts last month after they took inspiration from Project Poke, a restaurant in California.
